Samphire

Has absolutely nothing to do with the sea. Aaron was having lunch at his brother's house in London and when offered a cup of tea he plucked a sprig of verbena from the garden and from that moment decided that he had to capture the zesty scent and bottle it! A scent clearly evocative of the seashore.
