Nolita

Nolita is the enclave of narrow, tree-lined streets that can't help but be utterly hip and cool. No wonder it had quietly been home for many years to David Bowie. No wonder it houses the New Museum and one of New York's most celebrated bookshops. Plus it's become a magnet for a slew of enticingly chic shopfront boutiques, while for sustenance, it has a smattering of go-to restaurants, snack bars and cocktail boites - some of them so obtrusive, they're nameless.
