In the same way that a perfumer creates a fragrance, the whisky blender's task is to combine a number of malt and grain whiskies in such a way that the resulting drink is more than the sum if its parts. Ambré was inspired by the authentic blend of whisky, giving birth to the first oriental note of its kind.
