Upper Ten

Upper Ten was the term, coined by American poet Nathaniel Willis, to the 10,000 men, the ten thousand that matter, that left their homeland with no hope of returning, but their dreams were on a grand scale. They were the pioneers of America's industrial century. Upper Ten is the fragrance of the corridors of power. The aroma is like entering a New York or Chicago Gentlemen's Club in 1880.
