In order to build the whisky accord, I remembered the feeling of tasting a 20-year old Single Malt. What I love in this whisky is its slightly peaty facet mixed with a smooth and fruity inflection. It leaves the feeling of an ambery woodsy, yet mineral strength, Sidonie Lancesseur, Perfumer.
