In 1949, as he was composing Or et Noir, Michel Morsetti was captivated by the many nuances of rose and chose to explore another facet of the queen of flowers, which this time gave the composition its name. Recreating the pure of the rose, required nearly thirty different natural essences, selected from among the most sought after and costly.
